Refund policy

If the full report isn’t useful to you, email support@a11ysweep.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the $29 in full. No form, no questions beyond “what went wrong?” so we can fix it.

We’ll always refund if the crawl failed, came back with fewer than 3 pages on a site that clearly has more, or the report is empty because our scanner couldn’t load your site.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Polar, and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Purchases are one-time; there is nothing to cancel.
